Butterfly – doodle art
Every part of this wing wears a different pattern
Pink scales sit in rows like roof tiles after rain.
A blue drop runs down the wing and darkens as it goes.
One corner turns to brown hair, soft and combed.
Black lines cross and cross until they make a net.
The body is a thin green ladder with two curled feelers.
Around it, ink vines reach outward and leave the white page quiet.
The work
K. Shreya studies at Stanley in Hyderabad. In this drawing a butterfly fills the page, seen from the side. Each part of its wing holds a different pattern: scales in pink and green, blue drops on black, a woven net of black and white lines. One long blue shape is shaded with tiny dots, dark at the bottom and pale at the top. Black curls and loops grow from the edges like vines. Shreya signs her name and the date in the lower right corner.

In the artist’s words
Virat kohli - I was trying to draw a realistic pencil portrait. I used charcoal pencils for sketching and shading. The most difficult part was getting the facial proportions right and creating realistic hair and beard textures. 2. Peacock - I was trying to draw a colorful peacock and highlight the beauty of its feathers. I used color pencils on white paper and focused on adding bright colors and fine details. The most difficult part was drawing the many feathers neatly and making the colors look balanced and realistic. It took time and patience to complete all the details. 3.Lord Sai baba - I was trying to draw Sai Baba…
